What we offer

Tailored for you
Mindfulness courses are often run for eight short weekly sessions. This is a great way to go, but might not be right for all. Instead you might take one session at a time, or choose two blocks of four, or arrange four longer sessions. For example:
Four half-day modules for workplaces:
- Clarity: Less scattered and more present with the great things
- Resourced: Grounding for greater resilience and work/life satisfaction
- Agency: Clarity of thought for boosted decision making and creativity
- Synergy: Connecting for better communication, togetherness and partnership working
“I thoroughly enjoyed the course. It has really helped me over quite a difficult time in my life. Since doing the course my eyes are completely open and I savour every day.”
- Sue Hathway, grandparent and teacher in Newport
For a better world
We know that mindfulness can help us to be resilient, compassionate and more aware, that’s pretty massive! If everyone could benefit from a bit of that, the world would certainly be happier and more sustainable.
So we’ve been committed to bringing mindfulness to life for as many people as possible since 2015. We’ve worked with loads of families, schools, workplaces, and in communities that would otherwise not have the opportunity.
Lead trainer and founder, Tim Anfield has worked on community projects since 2004, he’s managed national wellbeing programmes and even cycled 4000-kilometer solo from Moscow to London for charity! Since founding Mindful Families Tim has taught over 100 full mindfulness course and countless informal tasters.
He is a co-lead trainer for the ‘Mindfulness in Schools Project’, co-creator of ‘Mindfulness for Education Leaders’, and is an associate trainer with sector leading organisations: ‘Living in the Present’ and ‘Mindfulness in Action’.
